1 cup salted European butter, similar to Kerrygold, room temperature

1 & 3/4 cups granulated sugar

1 cup packed mild brown sugar

4 eggs

16 ounces 2% plain, full-fat Greek yogurt

1/2 cup rainbow jimmies (sprinkles)

1 cup salted European butter, room temperature

1 pound powdered sugar

3 tablespoons cream or milk

2 teaspoons vanilla extract
